Brush and Tree Removal

Clearing 10 feet high brush (and a few trees) to shoreline.

A Robin’s Nest found in the brush was not disturbed and left protected. It made it to the local media (See twitter below).

This deck was not Powerwashed for 20 years, until now.

A Wooden Walkway

A Side Wall Support

This was a Side Support Wall That I Built where the Hemlock 6X6 was Dug Down 4 Feet into the ground at a spacing of about 4 Feet for each one, and concrete was mixed in a Wheel Barrow and poured down letting to dry.
Then side supports (Hemlock Beams 6X6 X 18 feet long) were staggered overlapping, giving the side strength.
Then rocks were filled in above the weeping tile for drainge. This secured the sides and back of The garage. All work was done by rob by hand.

A 3200 Foot Driveway

Landscape Construction of 3200 Feet long driveways removing rocks and making it smooth. Its important that you walk the job site and look at the safe way to do the work then think out the process and then simply get it done. So its safe, level and drains as best as possible.GRADING & LEVELLING for Driveways and Roads is fun for Rob as with Rob having close to 50 Thousand Hours in these machines, its starting to come naturally.

A Septic Tank Rescue

A Project of Locating & Digging Up a Septic System Tank, so it could be pumped out. It was situated below a concrete pool deck. The Concrete was over 8 inches thick. We had to use special concrete saws, then jack hammers, backhoes and then dig down and locate the Septic System Tank and its cover 12 feet below the surface. We then Pumped it out and installed a special thick plastic riser to make it EASIER For the next time the Septic tank would need to be pumped out.

A 40 ft x 12 ft Deck

This is a Project we did  for a customer who wanted to add some additional outside entertaining for his family and guests.

The project started from raw ground under the deck and then the HARD WORK BEGAN

20.000 pounds of granite crusher dust all done by hand and shovels and the good old wheelbarrow and brought in under the deck and then it was levelled by rakes and then tamped to form a solid base.

Once the base was solid then the main stringers were installed and the frame of the deck was placed and made level.

Then the fun began of putting the puzzle together and the framing along with over 6000 screws different sizes to make solid.

Along the way changes where made as the customer and ourselves kept on adding additional things they wanted done.

We levelled  under the decks with PATIO STONES and then installed the HOT TUB.

Along the way we kept adding special one of a kind touches and  made it nicer and enjoyable for our friends.

A special SCREENING was added on the outside to stop the insects etc. from coming in.

We seen some amazing insects and once they came in we CAREFULLY RELOCATED them to their natural environment so they where not hurt or disturbed .

Along the way it started to look really nice. A PARTY was  done for the homeowner 60th birthday and the AMAZING COMMENTS CAME BACK AS ( AMAZING QUIALITY WORK ) On this project.

We added steps down the side to code and NOW More work is going on as  our friends now want more EXTENSIONS to the living space outside.
